Refund policy
30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept a return within 30 days of the delivery date of the order. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Secondary delivery charges paid by the customer are non-refundable. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot refund you.
Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Secondary delivery charges or other charges such as duties paid by the customer are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you do not haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 10 days before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@mtlart.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at service@mtlart.com.
Shipping
We are not responsible for items of return lost, damaged or undeliverable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we may, at our sole discretion, choose to provide the customer with a return label.
